Chill spot in the city

Had a solid stay here! My room was super clean when I arrived, which was the first thing I checked. The staff were awesome, especially this lovely lady at the front desk who tried to help me with the TV. Breakfast was tasty, especially with the veg options. Parking was a bit tricky for a city spot, though.

The warm, welcoming reception area was bright and charming, making it easy for seniors to access without any fuss. It felt cozy, with friendly staff always ready to lend a helping hand, which I truly appreciated during my stay.

Improve noise insulation in hallways and rooms.

Our family stayed for 3 nights and loved the excellent food and the surprise of having a smart TV in our room to enjoy YouTube. The kids had a blast relaxing by the pool and hanging out in the game room. One minor hiccup was that the parking situation wasn’t clearly explained, so be sure to ask about it. 😊

Just a balanced option for a weekend adventure in Bristol with value for money. The bed and bathroom were clean, which was a surprise. Consider timing for breakfast as options can be limited early on the weekend.

The room was cute but kinda small, barely a double. The shower was a bit iffy too, but the staff were super helpful and kept the breakfast bright with smiles. Loved the location. close to everything in Clifton and only a 15-min stroll to the city center. Oh, the snack bar had some decent options!

While the furniture showed signs of wear and there were some damp spots, the friendly staff made up for it with their warm hospitality. The location is great as it is close to local attractions, adding to the overall experience.

I absolutely loved my stay! The traditional sash windows in my room allowed the morning light to spill in beautifully, creating such a warm atmosphere. Plus, the breakfast selection was a delight, especially with the fresh fruits and gourmet coffee selection. This sweet little spot really feels like home away from home!
